Microaggressions in the Workplace
Our Study
Seeking adults with SCI to participate in a virtual focus group on workplace experiences.
We want to hear from you! Your input is important!
The goal of this study is to gather information on these experiences, to better understand how they affect employment turnover, and to consider how personal strengths and values can help to cope with these experiences.
Participation in this study involves a 90-120 minute informal virtual focus group hosted by Illinois Institute of Technology.
Participants will be compensated for their time and effort.
