Jessica pieczynski

After completing my internship at UCSD/San Diego VA in Behavioral Medicine and my fellowship at the West LA in Interprofessional Integrative Health, I’m now the PCMHI psychologist in 2 VA outpatient clinics in beautiful coastal California and will soon be the Director of Clinical Training for our practicum program and licensed in the state of California. I wear many hats in my role, managing referrals, running groups, seeing individuals, crisis management, and consulting with the primary care and mental health teams, but one of the things I’m most enthusiastic about is all of the mindfulness training and consultation I’m providing for both veterans and staff. I’m also dabbling a bit in consulting as a Subject Matter Expert for Mindfulness-Based programming and apps. Outside of work, I’m doing a lot of hiking, camping, rock climbing, meditation, cooking, travelling, and Netflixing.
